Technical Account Manager

The Company:

Qualifications

• Fluent in English - a must
• Minimum of 2-years experience with Windows servers and workstations (certifications a plus)
• Strong understanding of networking (routing, switching, firewalls, proxy; certification a plus)
• Broad knowledge of computer hardware (printers, peripherals)
• Some knowledge of QuickBooks
• Valid driver’s license a plus

**Responsibilities**:

Working closely with the President and other account managers, this position is responsible for creating estimates, handling customer requests, and overseeing technical implementation projects

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

• Burnaby, BC V5C 2H6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:
