GardaWorld is currently hiring a full-time Account Manager for our Security Services business line. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management of all issues within your assigned account portfolio, with a strong focus on delivering a high level of service.
You will act as the primary liaison between clients, GardaWorld team members, and internal operations, serving as the main point of contact for client service, employee performance, and incident escalation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize customer retention by driving and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Respond to escalated inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring proper documentation in accordance with corporate policy
- Translate customer expectations and contractual requirements into clear operational instructions
- Ensure all sites are fully staffed with trained, equipped, and motivated personnel
- Drive corrective actions for operational or service-related issues in line with corporate standards
- Review key business reports (overtime, staffing, licensing, and account requirements) to effectively manage portfolios
- Complete and maintain Standing Orders, Site Hazard Assessments, and client files annually
- Coordinate with union representatives on personnel-related matters as required
- Utilize multiple technology platforms and systems (e.g., scheduling software, reporting tools, HRIS/ATS systems, and communication platforms) to manage operations, track performance, and ensure compliance across all sites
- Travelling to the different site locations in Saskatchewan (Prince Albert, Lloydminster and North Battleford)
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1–2 years of Account Management or Security Site Supervisor experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn and navigate technology-based systems and platforms
- Experience working with scheduling systems, reporting tools, and operational software is highly preferred
- Previous experience in the security industry is a strong asset
- Post-secondary education in a security-related field is an asset
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours to meet operational demands
- Clean criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site travel
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
