Job Description Gameday Men’s Health is excited to welcome a forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner Clinic Director for our brand-new upcoming location in Richmond Hill, ON! Our Aurora location has been successfully running since Feb 2025, and due to rapid growth, we are expanding our footprint to Richmond Hill, ON.

The ideal Nurse Practitioner for this role is forward-thinking, enthusiastic about proactive patient care, and passionate about making life-changing wellness accessible to all.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive consultations for new patients and interpreting lab results.
- Screening patients for low testosterone and prescribing testosterone and other therapies to optimize hormone levels.
- Evaluating patients for erectile dysfunction and recommending customized treatment plans (e.g., Shockwave therapy, P-Shot, or prescribing medications like Trimix).
- Developing and managing personalized patient plans for medical weight loss (including modern Semaglutide/Tirzepatide protocols).
- Administering intramuscular injections and PRP injections with high clinical precision.
- Administering neuromodulators (neuromuscular toxins/cosmetic injectables) tailored specifically for men’s aesthetic optimization (e.g., Botox/Dysport).
- Overseeing and administering targeted IV Vitamin and Nutrient Infusion therapies to support energy, recovery, and cellular health.
- Serving as the on-site Clinical Lead, managing clinical compliance, and providing leadership to the rest of the clinic staff.
Qualifications & Regulatory Requirements:
- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as an Extended Class Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active, unencumbered license.
- Prescriptive Authority: Must hold valid CNO authority to prescribe Controlled Drugs and Substances (CDS) with no restrictions on Find a Nurse (essential for testosterone therapy protocols).
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience in a related field (such as urology, endocrinology, medical aesthetics, or private wellness clinics) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership acumen or an explicit desire to step into a clinical management/director role.
- Ability to travel to our clinic location in Aurora, ON for initial onboarding/cross-coverage if needed, and be physically present at the Richmond Hill clinic.
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits.
Training Program Structure: Gameday Men’s Health provides an elite, comprehensive two-component training program to ensure your total success:
- Component 1 (Virtual): A self-paced, remote virtual training module covering foundational clinic protocols. This component is completed independently prior to clinic launch and is unpaid.
- Component 2 (In-Person): Hands-on, practical clinical training covering all advanced treatment modalities. This component is fully paid by the clinic at your regular hourly rate.
Compensation & Premier Benefits:
- Base Salary: $65.00 – $85.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
- Performance Bonuses: Based on Key Performance Indicators
- Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling with NO night shifts and NO on-call rotations. Please note: This clinic operates on Saturdays to accommodate our professional client base; candidates must be available for Saturday day shifts.
