Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Environmental Site Assessor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in environmental due diligence and site assessment. Roles & Responsibilities

• Review historical land use data, including aerial photographs, fire insurance maps, city directories, and regulatory databases.
• Research and analyze environmental records and regulatory agency files to assess potential contamination risks.
• Prepare supporting documentation such as site maps, figures, appendices, and photographic logs based on field team input.
• Communicate with project managers, technical reviewers, and field staff to ensure accuracy and consistency of reported findings.
• Coordinate with clients and team members to clarify project details and reporting needs.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and documentation to support timely and efficient report completion.
• Maintain working knowledge of current environmental regulations, industry trends, and Phase I ESA best practices.
• Draft clear, concise, and technically sound Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) reports.
• Participate in ongoing training, peer reviews, and mentorship opportunities to enhance technical writing skills.
• Online research, including FOIA agencies to submit requests for records.

What We Are Looking For

Requirements – Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in: Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering (with specialization in environmental aspects).
• 1-3 years writing Phase, environmental site assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
