<p>Since 1984, <strong>Galaxy Integrated Technologies</strong> has been designing and installing state-of-the-art security systems for a variety of commercial, government, education, and health care properties across New England, New York, and New Jersey.</p>
<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Warehouse/Service Associate</strong> to support technical field service operations and warehouse management for security-focused projects. This role ensures technicians are properly equipped, inventory is accurately managed, and customer service operations run efficiently.</p>

<p><strong>***This is an in-office position located in Waltham, MA, with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.***</strong></p>

<p><strong>In this role you will…</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage warehouse inventory for security and low-voltage equipment, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and issuing materials</li>
<li>Stage and prepare job materials for field technicians ahead of installations and service calls</li>
<li>Track inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate records</li>
<li>Support scheduling and dispatching of technicians to service calls and project sites</li>
<li>Handle inbound calls regarding service issues, take initial calls, create and submit service tickets, and ensure the customer account is billed appropriately</li>
<li>Upload and maintain required documentation for service tickets and customer accounts</li>
<li>Coordinate with management regarding inventory as needed</li>
<li>Use service platforms such as Service Titan to process tickets</li>
<li>Provide customer service support via phone, including responding to inquiries and routing service requests</li>
<li>Coordinate equipment returns, repairs, and warranty submissions</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment</li>
<li>Serve as a primary point of contact for technicians regarding parts, tools, and equipment needs</li>
<li>Collaborate with Service, Operations, and Field teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of work</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory management, and field support standards</li>

<p><strong>You've got what it takes if you have…</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing and the ability to pass a driver record background check</li>
<li>Inventory management experience in a warehouse environment, preferably handling security or low-voltage equipment</li>
<li>Customer service experience, including professional phone support</li>
<li>Scheduling and dispatching experience</li>
<li>Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset</li>
<li>Ability to lift and move materials as needed</li>
<li>Ability to pass a standard background and security screening</li>
<li>Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset</li>
