Role Description

The Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Parbhani. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, including planning workflows, allocating resources, and monitoring performance to ensure targets and service levels are met. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The Operations Manager will analyze operational data, identify process gaps, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. The role also includes preparing operational reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, workflow planning, and process optimization.
• Strong skills in team leadership, people management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with performance measurement, data analysis, and reporting to drive operational decisions.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools and software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, basic ERP or operations systems).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to identify operational risks and implement practical, sustainable solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience in an operations, plant, or facility management role is preferred.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment in Parbhani and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
