Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Network & System Administrator with 2–5 years of experience to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of our organization. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring stable network connectivity, maintaining servers, managing security protocols, and supporting internal IT operations in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers including installation, patching, monitoring, and upgrades.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user access management.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network, server, and infrastructure issues.
• Implement and manage network security systems, including firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection, and VPN access.
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery management.
• Support cloud infrastructure and virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or AWS/Azure (if applicable).
• Provide L2 technical support for internal teams regarding system and network issues.
• Maintain documentation for network architecture, system configurations, and IT policies.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Ensure IT compliance, security standards, and system availability across the organization.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, routing, and switching.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration and Linux environments.
• Experience managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
• Familiarity with firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos, etc.).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Understanding of IT security practices and backup solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MCSA, RHCSA, or equivalent.
• Experience in IT services or product-based company environments.
