Job Description
Senior/Full Charge – Bookkeeper – Full Time ONSITE
Gadfly Associates is currently hiring! We are a small boutique bookkeeping firm located in the heart of Historic Downtown Manassas! We would be excited to have you join our family-friendly firm in the full-time, on site position.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide accounting support for various client engagements
- Review financial statements and documents to maintain clients' books
- Enter key financial data, including payables and transactions (primarily Quickbooks Online)
- Prepare routine account reconciliations
- Perform related administrative and clerical tasks
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper (3+ years)
- Proficiency with Quickbooks (specifically Quickbooks Online - at least 3 years)
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Experience with MS Office applications especially Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience with bookkeeping with restaurants is a PLUS!
