Job Title: Network / Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Bhiwandi, Mumbai

Facility: Bus available from Kalyan & Thane

Job Summary

We are looking for a Network / Desktop Support Engineer to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot network issues, and provide technical support to users. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and hands-on experience in desktop and server support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN networks and cabling
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and system errors
• Configure and manage IPv4 addressing
• Handle desktop support for hardware and software issues
• Configure and manage network switches
• Provide remote support to users and resolve technical issues
• Monitor and maintain data servers and network systems
• Ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure
• Maintain documentation of systems and troubleshooting steps

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of OSI Model
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking
• Experience in network troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with switch configuration
• Basic knowledge of servers and system administration
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

• 1 to 3 years

Salary:

• As per industry standards
