Job Description
As a part of FYERS, you will be working with a tech-first, self-funded, and profitable stockbroking company that has been transforming the retail trading experience in India since 2015. Our in-house trading platform allows us to innovate rapidly and develop solutions tailored to the needs of traders and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers, creators, and market educators aligned with FYERS' target audience.
- Lead end-to-end influencer collaboration lifecycle including outreach, negotiation, and finalization.
- Share detailed campaign briefs with influencers ensuring alignment on messaging, brand positioning, and deliverables.
- Review and refine influencer scripts/content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
- Evaluate and approve final content (videos/posts) before go-live to maintain quality standards.
- Drive campaign performance by optimizing for higher reach and engagement with a solid focus on cost efficiency.
- Build long-term relationships with high-performing influencers to create a scalable creator ecosystem.
- Track and analyze influencer campaign performance and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications Required:
- 35 years of experience in Social Media and Influencer Marketing, preferably in Stock brokers, Trading Platforms, Fintech, or Capital Markets.
- Experience in financial research, market research, or financial content roles.
- Strong understanding of equity markets, trading culture, and investor communities in India.
- Excellent written communication skills in Hinglish and English.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.
- Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple parallel content streams.
- Good understanding of translating research into engaging video and digital content.
- Familiarity with financial storytelling for YouTube, Instagram, or investor education platforms.
- Experience working with market research tools and financial databases.
