Position Overview

We are hiring experienced Security Systems, TV Mounting & AV Technicians across Canada (Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, Nova Scotia, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, etc.) for ongoing residential and commercial projects. This role is ideal for technicians who want flexible work, project-based assignments, and long-term opportunities with a fast-growing company.

Projects may include:

• CCTV camera installation and setup
• Access control and intercom systems
• Alarm and low-voltage system installation
• TV wall mounting and wire concealment
• Home theatre and sound system setup
• Commercial display and menu board installation
• Structured cabling and device mounting
• Troubleshooting, service calls, and upgrades

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security and AV systems
• Mount TVs, displays, cameras, speakers, and related equipment
• Run and terminate low-voltage cabling neatly and professionally
• Configure basic system settings and test installed equipment
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, cleanly, and to a high standard
• Communicate clearly with clients and project coordinators
• Submit job updates, photos, and completion reports as required
• Represent Future Bridges Technologies Ltd professionally on site

Requirements

• Experience in one or more of the following:
• Security systems
• CCTV and surveillance
• Access control / intercom
• TV mounting
• Audio Visual / home theatre
• Structured cabling / low-voltage
• systems
• Own tools required for installation and service work
• Personal vehicle required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work independently and manage site tasks professionally
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to travel within your service area in Alberta

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with residential and commercial installations
• Familiarity with major brands in CCTV, AV, and access control
• Basic networking knowledge is an asset
• Experience with wire concealment, finishing, and clean installations
• Safety certifications are an asset
