Agronomist– Microgreens & Hydroponics@ Noida

1. Crop Planning & Production

Plan and execute microgreens production cycles (seeding, germination, harvesting schedules)

Ensure consistent daily/weekly output aligned with business demand

Support expansion into herbs, exotic greens, and hydroponic crops

2. Quality Assurance & Standardization

Maintain high-quality standards (taste, texture, color, shelf life)

Develop and implement SOPs for all farming processes

Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance for premium F&B usage

3. Research & Development (R&D)

Introduce new varieties of microgreens and specialty crops

Experiment with growing techniques (soil, hydroponics, lighting, nutrients)

Continuously improve yield, quality, and efficiency

4. Farm Operations & Infrastructure Management

Oversee daily farm operations and optimize productivity per sq. ft.

Manage irrigation, climate control, and vertical farming systems

Plan and execute farm expansion setups

5. Cost Optimization & Procurement

Manage input materials (seeds, nutrients, growing media)

Identify and onboard reliable vendors

Reduce wastage and optimize production costs

6. Team Management & Training

Supervise and train farm staff on SOPs and best practices

Monitor daily activities, discipline, and productivity

Build a scalable team for future growth

7. Demand Planning & Supply Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams (kitchen/outlets) for demand forecasting

Ensure timely harvesting, packaging, and delivery

Minimize stock gaps and overproduction

8. Compliance & Sustainability

Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

Promote sustainable farming practices (water efficiency, waste reduction)

Preferred Candidate Profile

Degree/Diploma in Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field

Hands-on experience in microgreens, hydroponics, or controlled farming

Strong operational and problem-solving skills

Passion for farm-to-table and premium produce

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
