Requires a Bachelors degree, prefer a masters

5+ years experience in automation (will be working on automation/reporting)

About the Role

We are seeking a Quantitative Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Power BI, along with a solid background in automation and reporting. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to develop data-driven solutions, automate processes, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions and dashboards
• Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to generate insights
• Design and build Power BI dashboards and visualizations
• Create and optimize data pipelines and workflows for automation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports
• Perform data validation, testing, and debugging
• Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of analytics solutions
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SQL, Python, and Power BI
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or automation
• Experience working with large datasets and data transformation
• Hands-on experience in automation of reporting processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
