Motor Claims Assessor (MCA)

🌟Work Mode / Location:

✅ Hybrid – Candidates who can speak Malayalam / Kannada / Telugu / Tamil (Hindi/English is a plus)

✅Probation - The candidates will have to be in the Jaipur office for 3 months for a compulsory training.

💻Responsibilities:

-Assess motor claims using photos, documents, and repair estimates (digital survey)

-Coordinate with garage/insured over call/WhatsApp for clarifications

-Provide work approvals and maintain accurate assessment notes

-Support FSR preparation and ensure process compliance

🧠Preferred:

-Prior experience in motor claims / survey / workshop / insurance operations

-Good communication + strong attention to detail

-Comfortable working on calls and handling documentation
