Role Overview

Fulton Imports is a fast growing ecommerce company specializing in sourcing, marketing and selling on Amazon and other ecommerce channels. We currently source more than 2,500 products under our eight consumer brands. Product categories include toys and games, home goods, sports, office supplies, hardware and home improvement. We are looking for a Junior Product Photographer to join our Creative Team. You will be an essential member of the creative team.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Videographer/Photographer to join our growing e-commerce team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for producing high-quality video and photo content optimized for our Amazon product listings. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling visual assets that drive conversions, tell our brand story, and meet Amazon's content standards.

Key Responsibilities

Beyond the camera, we are looking for someone who brings curiosity and creative problem solving to everything they create. That means actively researching competitor listings and industry trends to understand what content is driving results — and why. You will be expected to be detail-oriented particularly when researching projects, bring ideas to the table, participate in A/B testing of images and videos, and use performance data to inform creative decisions. On occasion, this role may also require appearing on camera as a model or subject for photo and video shoots. Equally important is how you work with others: this role requires a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, supports teammates, shares feedback openly, and helps push the work — and the team — forward. Additionally, this person will take ownership of keeping the studio clean, organized, and shoot-ready at all times.

Video Production (50%)

• Shoot and edit product videos for Amazon listings — including informational and branding content — while collaborating closely with the video editing team, who will take your footage and bring it to life with overlays, effects, and engaging post-production.
• Shoot and edit videos for the many forms of Amazon video ads (sponsored brand video ads, sponsored product videos, streaming TV video, etc.).
• Edit footage using Adobe Premiere Pro including color grading
• Critique your own footage by questioning if the goals of the project were met and produce multiple takes.
• Ensure all video content meets Amazon technical specifications (resolution, file size, aspect ratio, duration)
• Organize and maintain a library of raw footage and finished video assets

Photography (50%)

• Shoot clean, white-background product photos that meet Amazon's main image requirements.
• Use of professional strobe lighting.
• Capture lifestyle and in-context product photography for A+ Content, brand storefronts, and secondary listing images
• Perform professional photo editing and retouching using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
• Ensure consistency in color, lighting, and composition across all product imagery
• Manage and organize photo assets in a structured library.
• Collaborate with the creative team and possibly other teams in order to understand handoff directions and creative direction.
• Follow detailed creative direction and contribute to a smooth, efficient shoot process.

Qualifications

Required

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Photography, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field — OR equivalent hands-on experience
• 1+ year of professional OR internship experience in video production and/or product photography
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom
• Solid understanding of lighting techniques for both video and still product photography
• Experience shooting with DSLR cameras
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for composition, color, and consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of e-commerce content standards (Amazon experience is a strong plus)

Preferred

• Hands-on experience creating content specifically for Amazon listings (main images, A+ Content, brand store, video ads)
• Familiarity with Amazon's image and video technical guidelines
• Experience with studio lighting setups (strobes, continuous LEDs)
• A portfolio demonstrating product-focused video and photography work

Reporting Structure: This position reports to the VP of Creative, Marketing & Advertising, with close daily collaboration and creative oversight from the Senior Photographer to support day-to-day studio operations and execute product photography needs.
