Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for enterprise and financial platforms
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Design user flows, micro-interactions, and responsive web experiences
- Collaborate with development teams (React, Angular, WordPress) for implementation
- Apply UX research, usability testing, and journey mapping
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and design system consistency
Required Skills
- 10+ years of UI/UX design experience (enterprise/platform level)
- Strong portfolio with real-world project impact
- Expert in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
