Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to provide technical support and maintenance for applications built on Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with .NET, Web Development, SSRS Reporting, and Microsoft SQL Server. This role involves troubleshooting, performance optimization, and collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless application functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Support & Maintenance:

o Provide Level 2/3 support for business-critical applications, ensuring minimal downtime.

o Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues promptly.

o Monitor application performance and implement fixes or enhancements as needed.

• Integration & Development Support:

o Support .Net integrations and manage message flows, orchestrations, and pipelines.

o Assist in maintaining and enhancing .NET applications and SSRS reports.

o Collaborate with developers to deploy patches, updates, and new features.

• Database & Reporting:

o Manage and optimize SQL Server databases, including stored procedures and triggers.

o Design and maintain SSRS reports for business intelligence and operational needs.

• Documentation & Compliance:

o Maintain accurate documentation for application configurations, troubleshooting steps, and standard operating procedures.

o Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.

• Continuous Improvement:

o Identify opportunities for AI, automation and process optimization.

o Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Solid experience in .NET Framework support and development.

• Solid understanding of Web Development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS Reporting.

• Experience with AI coding and automation tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.

• Exposure to performance tuning and security hardening for applications.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
