What You’ll Do

  • Own and exceed annual sales targets across assigned territories
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new business and expand distributor networks
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, partners, and end users
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and trade shows
  • Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations
  • Work within a structured sales process to manage your sales pipeline using a CRM (PipeDrive) to track activity, forecast revenue, and hit KPIs
  • Identify market opportunities and adjust sales strategies based on trends and competitor activity
  • Represent Fuji Spray at trade shows, customer events, and industry engagements

What Success Looks Like

  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Secure new distributor partnerships and grow key accounts
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop deep product knowledge and become a trusted advisor to customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong new business development and prospecting skills (cold outreach, lead generation)
  • Ability to understand and sell technical products
  • Experience working with distributors, dealers, or channel partners is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (PipeDrive or similar) and Microsoft Office
  • Industry experience in spray systems, coatings, woodworking, or automotive is an asset, but not required.
