Job Title: Tableau Developer / BI Engineer (5+ Years)
Location : Remote / (Preference for candidates available for extended overlap with client hours – up to 10 PM IST)

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer / BI Engineer with strong expertise in building, managing, and embedding Tableau dashboards into web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development, embedded analytics, and data modeling, along with the ability to work closely with engineering teams integrating dashboards within ReactJS-based applications.
The candidate should also be comfortable working with dynamic datasets and evolving master data structures, and capable of designing scalable solutions for multi-client reporting scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
● Implement embedded Tableau dashboards within a ReactJS web application using Tableau embedded analytics / containerized views.
● Work closely with frontend teams to integrate Tableau dashboards seamlessly into web-based UI components.
● Handle dynamic data changes across different client datasets, ensuring dashboards remain flexible and scalable.
● Build and manage data models, calculated fields, and optimized queries to improve dashboard performance.
● Collaborate with backend/data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
● Troubleshoot and optimize dashboard performance, load time, and rendering within embedded environments.
● Document dashboard logic, data sources, and deployment processes.
Required Skills
● 5+ years of experience in BI/Data Engineering with strong Tableau expertise.
● Hands-on experience in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud.
● Strong experience in Tableau Embedded Analytics / Embedded Dashboards.
● Experience integrating Tableau dashboards into web applications (ReactJS preferred).
● Understanding of containerized or embedded dashboard views.
● Experience working with dynamic datasets and changing master data structures.
● Solid SQL skills and understanding of data modeling concepts.
● Ability to optimize dashboards for performance and scalability.
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 1
Tableau Engineer Position : ST 12-7789
Preferred Skills
● Experience with ReactJS-based applications consuming embedded BI dashboards.
● Experience with multi-tenant reporting environments.
● Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL processes.
● Experience working with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
Working Requirements
● Ability to collaborate with international teams and work with extended overlap hours (up to 10 PM IST when required).
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
● Experience with Tableau JavaScript API for embedding dashboards.
● Experience in data governance and master data management.
