Skills Required:

• Proven experience as an accounting clerk or a similar role.
• Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Extremely organized and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High computer literacy skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and especially Excel.
• Be proactive, organized and meticulous. Ability to work in a fast pace and collaborative environment.
• Proven ability to multitask.
• Experience with Quickbooks is an asset.
• Fluent in English and French

Responsibilities

• Manag accounts payables.
• Verify and enter invoices.
• Verify and enter bills received.
• Produce payments.
• Communicate with different departments concerning payables.
• Maintain and update financial records including day to day entries.
• Manage company credit cards.
• Perform tasks to support the finance department.
• Other tasks may be assigned by supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
