Location: Pune & Gurgaon

CTC: 24 Lakhs per annum (Negotiable)

Experience: 4 - 8 Years

Education: Engineering + MBA preferred

Role Overview

FTA is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive business growth and enhance visibility and branding in the OEM segment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling leading automotive OEMs such as Tata Motors, Honda, Hero MotoCorp, TVS Motor Company, Bajaj Auto, Hyundai etc.

The candidate should be commercially sharp, technically sound, customer-facing and capable of building strong relationships with OEM decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business relationships with automotive OEM customers.
• Engage with procurement, engineering, quality, R&D and senior management teams.
• Lead product presentations, demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Work closely with customers on product specifications, approvals and new developments.
• Track market intelligence, competitor activity and upcoming OEM projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 48 years of relevant experience in OEM sales / key account management.
• Must have handled reputed OEM accounts in automotive or allied industries.
• Strong network and connects with OEM decision-makers and influencers.
• Experience in product specifications, vendor approvals and technical selling.
• Confident in conducting product demos and customer presentations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasing personality with strong professional presence.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Candidates from similar industry background will be preferred.
