Lab Assistant-R&D (India)

We’re Hiring: Lab Assistant – R&D; (Food Technology)

We are looking for a passionate Food Technology professional to join our R&D; team and contribute to product innovation.

Location: Gurgaon

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize lab reports, records, and documentation
• Assist in premix formulation and recipe standardization
• Support production of different base formulations
• Conduct weighing, batching, and sample preparation
• Assist in new product development (NPD) trials and pilot runs
• Perform basic quality checks and stability observations
• Maintain raw material and sample inventory
• Ensure lab hygiene, cleanliness, and safety compliance

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Food Technology / Food Science
• 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive communication skills (English preferred)
