The position provides general support across accounting operations, assisting with various financial tasks and day-to-day processes. The individual will also help maintain workflow continuity by supporting key functions and contributing to ad hoc projects as needed.
Responsibilities

- Support handling of incoming payments and deposit
- Apply payments
- Assist in resolving payment issues

- Prepare and maintain reports to assist with reconciliation effort
- Monitor outstanding transactions
- Provide backup support for payment processing functions
- Generate reports and data summaries upon request
QUALIFICATIO
- Associates or Bachelors Degree
- Prior experience in an accounting or financial support role (2 years)
- Familiarity with financial systems or expense tools is a plus (Aderant/Elite, 3E or Chrome River)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar applications
- Prior Law Firm Experience a must**
