Job Summary
The Manifest & Dispatch Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely order manifesting, shipment processing, and dispatch operations in an e-commerce warehouse. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners to maintain SLA adherence, minimize errors, and ensure smooth outbound operations.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Generate shipment manifests using WMS tools such as Unicommerce, Easyecom, or Increff
2. Execute daily dispatch operations and ensure timely scanning and handover of orders
3. Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and manage dispatch documentation
4. Maintain accurate records in WMS and prepare daily dispatch reports and MIS
5. Ensure zero dispatch errors in terms of product accuracy and delivery details
Who Can Apply :
1. Graduates with 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations
2. Candidates with hands-on experience in handling high-volume orders
3. Individuals comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts
