Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesHave to resolve customer queries over Email and CallsHave to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.Good communication skills writing, Oral and verbal.Good computer knowledge, good typing speed.Flexible to work in 24*7 environments, Candidate should be comfortable working with WFO as per business requirements.Basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems.Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
