Job Description
About Frontier
Frontier is a subsidiary of Fresh Prints. Fresh Prints is a New York-based, fast-growing, fully remote, 150-person company with most of our team based in India and the Philippines. A few years ago, Fresh Prints began helping other fast-growing companies build their teams. We got so good at it that we spun out a new company to focus exclusively on that — and called it Frontier.
At Frontier, we help companies grow full-time, cross-functional teams abroad. We hire the smartest people and place them into the best companies. In three years, we've never lost a client. If you're interested in a Frontier role and you apply and are accepted, we'll screen you through assessments and interviews and aim to get you an interview for a full-time job within the month.
Think of us as your personal talent agent — and good luck with the application!
Please note: To ensure we find the best technical fit, our process will have a practical skills assessment prior to interviews.
About the Client
TVP NYC was founded in 2012 by Jason Sochol and Omri Bokjo, from noticing non profit merchandise, branding and e-commerce solutions, which helps other organizations to execute on their goals, visions and dreams.
TVP's been a part of the launch of hundreds of successful businesses such as ecommerce start-ups and established enterprises which open new stores or launch new items. Merchandise and Sourcing, Operations & Fulfillment, Agency Services, and E-commerce Technology are just a few of its services. Wherever the customers' demands are, TVP's focus is on filling in the gaps. TVP is the missing link in the puzzle!
Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of production/fulfillment operations and e-commerce execution. The E-Commerce Operations Coordinator will be embedded on TVP's production and account management team, owning all Shopify-related tasks for TVP's production clients and ensuring seamless communication between the production and Total Commerce teams. The team member will also sit on calls with Total Commerce (TVP's eCommerce agency) to ensure that information is being adequately communicated between teams to ensure seamless launches and new product releases.
This is a detail-oriented, fast-paced coordination role requiring strong project management instincts, clear communication, and the ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous product launches. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in environments where priorities shift quickly.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Shopify Operations
•
- Manage Shopify backend tasks for TVP production clients including product creation, collection creation, discount setup, pre-sale configuration, and shipping settings.
- Serve as the operational bridge between TVP's production/account management team and the Total Commerce e-commerce team, ensuring accurate and timely flow of product information.
- Maintain and manage pre-launch checklists to ensure all operational elements are in place before each product or collection goes live.
- Monitor and manage pre-sale launches end-to-end including setup, messaging, timing controls, and closeout to prevent overselling or fulfillment errors.
- Track and organize product details including SKUs, shipping weights, variants, and specifications required for accurate e-commerce listings.
Workflow & Cross-Team Coordination
•
- Attend daily production and account team meetings and stay active in team Slack channels to remain current on product changes, timelines, and launch cycles.
- Coordinate last-minute product updates (color changes, print adjustments, PO revisions) and ensure Shopify listings reflect the most current information.
- Proactively flag and escalate operational risks that could impact live listings, sales, or fulfillment.
- Create and maintain SOPs for recurring e-commerce workflows across the TVP client roster.
- Occasionally liaise with clients to share products or collections for review.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce coordination, operations, or project management.
- Familiarity with Shopify (preferred; hands-on training will be provided for strong candidates).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent product launches.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive and vocal. Able to anticipate issues before they surface and take ownership of resolution.
- English fluency required; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in apparel, merchandise, or consumer products.
- Exposure to fast-paced, launch-driven production environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally between creative/production and e-commerce teams.
- Understanding of Shopify product and collection structures.
- Familiarity with pre-sale or limited-run e-commerce operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with a strong ownership mindset.
- Resilient under pressure, able to receive fast feedback and pivot quickly.
- A strong communicator who speaks up, follows through, and keeps teams aligned.
- Quick learner who can absorb business context and apply it proactively.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity within a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
- Collaborative team player who earns trust across both production and e-commerce teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $600-$700/monthly
- Environment: Work directly with a fast-growing New York-based merchandise and production company alongside talented operations and e-commerce teams.
