Role & responsibilities
- Manage field sales activities to achieve targets and grow business in assigned territory.
- Conduct market research, identify customer needs, and develop effective solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales or related field (preferably).
- Strong understanding of FMCG marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent field work skills with ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
