Your Tasks / Deliverables:
Handle calls with customers and partners professionally and efficiently.
Support guides during pickups, ensuring smooth client interactions.
Follow up with clients throughout the day and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Keep the team informed about updates or issues as they arise.

Strong communication skills (phone and email).
Good English.
Organized and proactive approach to tasks.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Friendly and professional demeanor when dealing with clients and partners.
Team & Work Style:
Collaborative and supportive – you'll coordinate with guides and other team members.
Clear, timely communication is valued.
Flexible and adaptable – weekend shifts require readiness for varied tasks.
Emphasis on ensuring a positive experience for clients and smooth operations.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
