An intuitive online booking syste, visible services, pictures of our place and a visible customer-review section are must-haves from day one; these features drive most of our walk-in traffic and I want them to do the same online.

Here is how I picture the flow: visitors land on a clean, mobile-first homepage, browse our service catalogue, pick a time slot, pay, and instantly receive confirmation.
