Time Series Database expert

Need a person who could give me a comparision of approaches to store time series data. Cost Vs Efficinecy Tradeoff - the largest database that we have is 30M recrds beng ingested daily.

Time series DBs are usually expensive so, need approaches and comparisions in a document with detailed cost prediction and performance.

Would need a thorough analysis.

Contract duration of less than 1 month.
