Symfony / PHP Developer (API, AI Integrations, Scalable Systems)

We are looking for an experienced Symfony PHP Developer to join our team and work on mission-critical projects.

You will help design and build scalable backend systems, API integrations, and data-driven tools that support business operations and AI-enabled automation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, writing high-quality code, and collaborating with a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust backend applications using Symfony and PHP
• Build API integrations, automation tools, and internal dashboards
• Design and optimize MySQL queries and database structures
• Collaborate with developers through code reviews and technical discussions
• Contribute to AIenabled systems and workflow automation
• Work with the CTO to improve and evolve the existing technology stack

Requirements

• 5+ years of PHP development experience
• 3+ years of Symfony and Doctrine experience building scalable applications
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and complex query optimization
• Experience with Git / GitHub workflows
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to Have

• Experience with Sonata
• Knowledge of AWS infrastructure
• Experience with Python, AI integrations, data analytics, or machine learning
• Strong background in database design and optimization

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, automation, and building reliable systems.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
