SharePoint Online Permission Restructure

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online specialist to restructure permissions and implement a clean, secure access model for an existing SharePoint site.

The data migration has already been completed. The focus of this engagement is on permission design, security configuration, and administrative usability for business owners.

1) Configure a dedicated SharePoint Owners group with Full Control and restrict administrative access to designated users

2)Ensure all other users have no permission management capabilities

3)Configure site-level access without exposing secured libraries

4)Break permission inheritance for departmental libraries

5)Remove default access (Members, Visitors, company-wide groups)

6)Apply Owners-only baseline access

7)Configure department-level access based on business requirements

8)Ensure users can see only the content they are authorized to access

Contract duration of less than 1 month.
