Senior Symfony

I am looking for a senior developer to collaborate on multiple ongoing projects. The main stack currently includes PHP, Symfony, React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and MySQL.

You will not be working on a one-off task, but rather joining a small development team where we collaborate closely.

We work in a structured way with weekly standups, discussions about architecture, and shared responsibility for code quality and project decisions.

I value long-term collaboration and believe good developers should be appreciated and rewarded. When someone consistently delivers quality work, I make sure this is reflected in trust, responsibility and compensation.

I am a senior developer myself and run multiple projects for different clients.

Because the number of projects keeps growing, I am looking for someone experienced who can actively think along about architecture, best practices and long-term maintainability, not just execute tasks.

We are specifically looking for a senior profile with several years of professional experience who is comfortable working independently and contributing ideas.

Our core stack is:

but depending on the project we also work with technologies such as:

• Python / Django
• *

Sylius

• AI integrations and automation
• other modern web technologies when needed

Quality is extremely important. I value clean architecture, maintainable code, and good communication.

In the beginning I will of course review code and align on approaches, but over time you will get more autonomy and responsibility within the team.

This is intended as a long-term collaboration, not just a short assignment.

The compensation depends on your experience, profile and availability, so the indicated budget is flexible.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
