Senior Power BI Front-End Designer Needed for Enterprise Dashboard

We are building a board-level decision intelligence product.

This is not a standard Power BI dashboard role.

If your portfolio looks like typical BI dashboards (default cards, busy slicers, bright colour blocks), this is not a fit.

We need someone who can produce:

Enterprise-grade, minimalist layouts

Board-ready presentation quality

Clean PDF export (print-safe)

Strict grid alignment & spacing discipline

Controlled typography hierarchy

Subtle RAG logic only (no visual noise)

Reports that do not look like Power BI

Think:

strategy consulting deck quality.

Not:

operational KPI dashboard.

Scope

Redesign 4–6 core report pages

Create reusable visual system template

Deliver final .pbix file

Layout only (data model & DAX handled separately)

Required

Please provide:

Examples of executive-level Power BI reports

At least one financial reporting example

One PDF export sample

Applications with generic dashboards will not be considered.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
