Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Remote Kiosk Systems Administrator to manage the repair and upgrade of our touchscreen self Service/ POS terminals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kiosk systems, troubleshooting, and hardware/software upgrades. We operate multiple branches and need an experienced Kiosk/POS Systems Administrator to remotely diagnose, repair, and upgrade old touchscreen terminals so they function reliably again.

The terminals are used in customer-facing environments and run in kiosk mode. Many units have touchscreen issues (not responding, misaligned, driver problems, or compatibility after OS updates).

This is a remote support role with potential for ongoing maintenance if performance is good.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
