React JavaScript Front-End Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled React JavaScript Front-End Developer with strong UI/UX expertise to enhance our web application.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of React and JavaScript, along with excellent design skills to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities include developing new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

We now require an experienced professional who can review the existing work, design and develop the remaining features, and potentially suggest UI/UX improvements or refinements to enhance the overall user experience.

Project Scope:

• Review and understand the current React JavaScript codebase
• Evaluate the existing UI/UX design and component structure
• Design and develop the remaining 50% of the product
• Ensure consistency across the entire application
• Improve user experience where necessary
• Suggest thoughtful redesign enhancements if appropriate
• Provide a realistic project timeline with milestone breakdown

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Proven experience in UI and UX design principles
• Ability to extend and refine existing design systems
• Experience redesigning or improving live web applications
• Strong eye for layout, typography, spacing, and usability
• Experience with API integration
• Familiarity with version control (Git)
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
