Python Developer Needed for Configurable Contact Extraction Crawler

I'm building a reusable research tool that extracts publicly listed contact emails from a defined set of organizational websites. This is a small pilot project (fixed price $1,000) to validate the approach and produce an initial dataset. If successful, additional follow-on milestones will expand the same tool to more regions.

The script must crawl carefully, respect , and produce structured CSV output. This is not a bulk scraping or mass-harvesting project. Full technical details are in the attached requirements document.
