We'd like you to build a lightweight Sales Assistant using Python and the OpenAI API.

The tool should take a prospect's company name and website as input and produce a structured output with:

• Prospect Snapshot

3–5 sentences covering:

What the company does

Likely size

Signals they may benefit from outsourced finance

• Cold Outreach Draft

A short, personalized email or LinkedIn message referencing something specific about their business.

No generic templates. No buzzwords.

• Discovery Call Brief

3–5 tailored questions

One sentence defining what a successful call outcome looks like

Technical Expectations

~50 lines of working Python code is completely fine.

The script does not need to be polished.

Prompt quality matters.

The usefulness of the output matters more than complexity.

What to Submit

Your Python script (inline or as a separate file)

Two sample outputs (one real company, one fictional)

A lightly edited version of the outreach draft you would actually send

2–3 sentences explaining what you changed and why

A short reflection (1–2 paragraphs) on:

Where the tool helped

Where it fell short

What you would improve next

Both the code and the before-and-after edit matter. We care about judgment as much as implementation.

Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
