Python AI/ML Developer

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer (Python) to design and deliver intelligent, data-driven solutions that power business decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong Python expertise and hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML models, particularly those leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and scalable backend applications
• Develop AI/ML frameworks to enable automated and intelligent business processes
• Integrate server-side logic with data pipelines and front-end components
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient Python code
• Implement effective data storage and retrieval solutions
• Contribute to data platform architecture to support reliable ML model deployment
• Collaborate with Integration and Data Architects on data modeling and system integration
• Build and maintain robust APIs and services for AI/ML deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend and/or AI/ML development
• Strong expertise in Python (core language and relevant libraries)
• Experience integrating multiple data sources and databases into unified systems
• Proficient with version control systems (Git, Mercurial, SVN)
• Knowledge of event-driven programming in Python
• Experience implementing authentication and multi-system integration
• Ability to design database schemas aligned with business requirements
• Understanding of Python threading and multi-process architecture
• Familiar with server-side templating engines (e.g., Jinja2, Mako)
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)
• Strong debugging, testing, and unit testing skills
• Knowledge of security best practices and accessibility standards
• Experience optimizing applications across platforms (mobile vs. desktop)

AI/ML-Specific Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including:

o Prompt engineering

o Fine-tuning

o Model deployment

• Familiarity with deep learning architectures and neural networks
• Experience developing cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
