Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Power BI Consultant to help us build an interactive and executive-ready HR dashboard that provides meaningful people analytics and insights.
The scope includes reviewing and modeling HR data (from Excel/HR
IS exports), creating dynamic visualizations, developing DAX measures for key metrics such as headcount, attrition, hires and exits, tenure, and leave utilization, and ensuring the dashboard is clean, user-friendly, and easy to maintain.
Prior experience in building HR or People Analytics dashboards is highly preferred. Please share relevant portfolio samples, your approach, timeline, and rate.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
