Power BI Expert Needed to Build Executive Weekly Trend Dashboard

We are a small Australian business seeking a senior Power BI developer to build a clean, executive-level "Weekly Trend OIC" dashboard.

This is a fixed-price project using manual Excel input only. No APIs. No automation. No integrations.

This dashboard is built around OIC methodology — the entire purpose is tracking trends. The trend visualisation is critical.

PROJECT STRUCTURE

• 7 Divisions
• 21 Departments (fixed structure)
• Manual Excel input only

CORE REQUIREMENT – TREND TRACKING

This dashboard must clearly visualise week-on-week trends for all 21 Departments.

Each Department must have:

• 13-week rolling trend (line chart)
• Previous Week value
• Week-on-Week % change
• Clean, executive presentation

The ability to switch between departments and see trend movement instantly is essential. OIC is about momentum and directional tracking — not targets or budgets.

We will want summaries of how those divisions are doing but each Division comprises 3 Departments and each of these total of 21 Departments has a WOW statistic that we want to track whereby if there is improvement the related graph will display an upward trend.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
