The Data Operations Assistant will support internal operations by organizing and managing data in Microsoft Excel while following detailed written instructions.
This role requires someone who can carefully read directions, execute tasks accurately, and maintain structured, clean spreadsheets.
You will be responsible for reviewing data, identifying missing information, ensuring formatting consistency, and keeping files aligned with internal processes.
Clear communication through Microsoft Teams and Outlook is required for updates, questions, and task coordination.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, comfort navigating Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work independently while staying responsive to the team.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 40 hours per week.
