Job Description
We are hiring a structured and detail-oriented Operations Data Administrator to manage daily operational and financial logging for a UK-based removals & logistics company.
This is a long-term remote position for someone accurate, disciplined, and process-driven.
Core Responsibilities
Daily Tasks:
1. Log daily revenue (job reference, client, payment status)
2. Log staff wages based on confirmed job logs
3. Record fuel and operational expenses
4. Maintain structured spreadsheets
5. Update invoice tracker (issued / paid / overdue)
6. Log tickets (PCNs) and track appeal deadlines
7. Submit ticket appeals using templates
8. All entries must be completed on the same day with zero backlog
Weekly Tasks:
1. Prepare weekly financial summary report
2. Report unpaid / overdue invoices
3. Report open tickets and deadlines
4. Highlight discrepancies or missing entries
Additional Responsibilities
1. Cross-check wages against job logs before entry
2. Monitor missing invoices weekly
3. Organise receipts and documents in shared folders
4. Flag unusual expenses or duplicate entries
5. Maintain structured digital filing system
Scope Boundary
This role focuses on logging, reconciliation, and reporting only.
It does NOT include:
1. Filing taxes
2. Making accounting decisions
3. Creating pricing models
4. Changing financial logic
Requirements
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience with structured data entry
- Ability to follow SOP strictly
- Good written English
- Comfortable handling confidential company data under NDA
Working Structure
- Remote role
- Fixed monthly payment $400–$500 depending on experience
- Expected availability 5–6 days per week
- Daily updates required
- Weekly summary report required
- Initial 2-week paid trial period with performance review
- Shortlisted candidates must complete a paid test task before hiring
- Accuracy and consistency are critical. Repeated errors will end the engagement.
