Job Description

We have a fully functional productivity web app built in Replit that we're looking to bring to native platforms. The app is already mobile-responsive with Stripe payments and SendGrid email fully integrated and working. We're not starting from scratch — the product is live and working. We need the right developer to take it across the finish line.

What we need:

Convert the existing web app into a native or hybrid iOS app and submit it to the Apple App Store, including handling all App Store review requirements

Build a Mac desktop version (likely via Electron or similar)

Configure in-app purchase compliance per Apple's requirements (we currently use Stripe on web, so this includes advising on how to handle Apple's payment policies)

Set up a clean deployment and update workflow so that future changes to the web app can be pushed across all platforms without rebuilding from scratch each time

Migrate hosting off Replit to a stable production environment

Ideal candidate has:

  • Experience shipping apps to the Apple App Store (please include examples)
  • Familiarity with Capacitor, Electron, or similar web to native frameworks
  • Understanding of Apple's in app purchase guidelines and how they interact with existing Stripe integrations
  • Experience with deployment pipelines and version management across platforms

This is a project-based engagement with potential for ongoing work as the app continues to grow. If you've done this before and have apps live in the store, we want to hear from you.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.

Mandatory skills:

Android App Development, Mobile App Development

Optional skills:

Apache Cordova, iOS Development
