We are looking for an experienced developer or a small team who can take ownership of the technical architecture and execute the initial phase with a strong emphasis on structure, maintainability, and clarity.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer (Mandatory)

To ensure continuity and future scalability, comprehensive documentation must be delivered as part of the engagement

This includes:

• ⁠ ⁠Backend architecture and technology stack explanation
• ⁠ ⁠Database schema and data modeling documentation
• ⁠ ⁠API documentation (endpoints, authentication, request/response formats)
• ⁠ ⁠Real-time messaging flow explanation
• ⁠ ⁠Environment setup guide (local, staging, production)
• ⁠ ⁠Deployment and infrastructure documentation
• ⁠ ⁠Codebase structure overview
• ⁠ ⁠Third-party integrations documentation

The documentation should be sufficient to allow future developers to understand, maintain, and extend the system independently.

Ownership & Infrastructure Requirements

To maintain long-term control and independence:

• ⁠ ⁠The Git repository must be under client ownership
• ⁠ ⁠Cloud hosting and infrastructure must be under client-controlled accounts
• ⁠ ⁠SMS and other third-party services must be registered under client ownership
• ⁠ ⁠Full source code access must be provided from project initiation
