Migration from G Suite 2 office 365

I have about 20 paid users on Google suite I'm looking to move them to office 365. I want to ensure that everything goes smoothly and quickly. I'd like to discuss with you what kind of process this takes and how long is the timeline?

Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
