Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Angular developer to help us migrate our existing AngularJS (1.x) application to Angular 17.

The application is currently fully functional but needs modernization to leverage the latest Angular features, improved performance, and maintainability.

Project Scope:

Analyze the existing AngularJS codebase and architecture.

Plan and execute migration to Angular 17 using best practices.

Rewrite components, services, and modules while maintaining functionality.

Integrate existing APIs and ensure smooth data flow.

Ensure full compatibility across browsers and devices.

Implement modern Angular features such as RxJS, Angular CLI, lazy loading, and TypeScript strict mode.

Migrate routing, forms, and directives to Angular equivalents.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Provide testing for migrated features (unit & integration tests).

Optional:

Suggest performance improvements during migration.

Requirements

Proven experience migrating AngularJS to Angular (preferably Angular 12+).

Strong knowledge of Angular 17, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgModules.

Experience with RESTful APIs and state management.

Familiarity with build tools, Angular CLI, and module bundlers.

Ability to refactor and optimize legacy code.

Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Deliverables:

Fully migrated Angular 17 application, ready for production.

Documentation for setup, build, and deployment.

Optional:

Recommendations for ongoing maintenance and performance improvements.
