Microsoft 365 / SharePoint / Entra / Azure Administrator for SMB Client Projects

We're seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator (with strong SharePoint, Entra, and Azure AD skills) to support ongoing small-to-medium business (SMB) client projects.

This role involves both hands-on technical configuration and advisory input to strengthen cloud infrastructure across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive environments for SMB clients.
• Perform tenant-to-tenant migrations (Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive data).
• Implement security hardening measures such as Conditional Access, MFA enforcement, and identity protection.
• Manage and fine-tune Microsoft Defender and spam/phishing policies across M365.
• Collaborate on Azure AD / Entra ID configuration, group policies, and user lifecycle workflows.
• Document configuration steps, policies, and migration processes for internal use.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in administrating Microsoft 365 tenants, including migrations and security best practices.
• Strong understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access policies, and Intune integration.
• Familiarity with SharePoint structure design, permission management, and file migration utilities (e.g., ShareGate, Mover, or PowerShell scripting).
• Ability to troubleshoot Teams sync issues and SharePoint/OneDrive sync conflicts.
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users.

Project Details:

• Ongoing part-time work with potential for long-term collaboration.
• Tasks may range from small one-off setups to complete tenant build-outs.

Compensation

Hourly / Project-based, depending on experience.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
