Microsoft 365 Admin permissions - Powerautomate and Graphs

Looking for O365 admin. Need help getting the right permissions set so an employee can access Graphs and Powerautomate appropriately.

We have the small business plan.

They created a flowchart and for whatever reason, the admin permissions is greyed out for me (even thought I am the admin).

You will need to guide me via a screenshare.

You should know how to do this and we are not figuring this out. Must be an expert in admin permissions.

A bonus if you have knowledge in Powerautomate and you can look through my employees flow.

Contract duration of less than 1 month.
