Hi, I'm sharing an Excel file that contains our raw operational data, but it currently has several issues and needs a complete cleanup and restructuring.

First, you need to review the entire workbook because many formulas are either broken or referencing the wrong cells, which is causing calculation errors like #VALUE, #REF, and incorrect totals.

These must be corrected so all calculations run accurately.

Second, there are a lot of duplicate rows that are affecting summaries and reports. Please identify and remove duplicates carefully without disturbing the valid data.

Third, the date columns are inconsistent — some are in text format, some in different regional formats — which is breaking our monthly and quarterly analysis.

All dates need to be standardized into a single proper format.

Fourth, when we add new entries, several columns don't auto-calculate. The sheet should be made dynamic so formulas extend automatically when new data is added.

Fifth, the pivot tables and summary section are not updating correctly. These need to be rebuilt so they refresh properly and always reflect the latest data.

Additionally, apply data validation wherever required to prevent users from entering incorrect formats in the future.

If possible, optimize the structure using tables, clean formatting, and logical organization so the file becomes easy to use and performs faster.

The final deliverable should be a fully cleaned, error-free, automated Excel sheet that we can continue using without running into these issues again.
